Please read our Terms and Conditions and Rules of Play below, we will require you to sign that you understand and agree to these along with our standard waiver before any service is provided.

-Please leave or allow adequate parking space for delivery and collection times. If there is no nearby parking, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. Unforeseen lack of loading space may result in refusal of hire and loss off payment.

-All plastic balls from the ball pit MUST be placed back in the pit for collection, Missing or misplaced balls at the point of collection will incur additional replacement charges. 

-Only Vinyl stickers provided and fitted by Mama Bears & Co are permitted to be used on the equipment

-We can only deliver equipment to a suitably sized open space and we will not be responsible for removing furniture/etc.

-In the event of severe weather problems on the day such as heavy snow or rain we have the right to cancel the booking. 

-In the case of outdoor use, it is the hirers responsibility to ensure there is a secondary dry location and to action the movement of the equipment to prevent water damage.

-A non-refundable booking confirmation deposit is required to secure your hire. All booking deposits will be deducted from the total hire amount.

-Bookings need to be paid for in full before the scheduled hire.

-An additional security deposit will need to be held with your booking, this will be returned in full within 5 working days of collection, following a satisfactory inspection of the equipment. 

Rules of Play:

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the Soft Play Package to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. Everyone’s safety is very important to us so we require-

• All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Soft Play. Parents whilst supervising must remove their shoes. Any damage may result in the Hirer having to pay an additional fee.
• For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, ensuring the safety of the children using the equipment. Mamma Bears & Co do not supervise. Mamma Bears & Co accepts no liability for any accidents or injuries incurred whilst the equipment is on hire.
• No pets or sharp objects on the equipment.
• No streamers, face paint, party poppers or silly string to be used on or near the equipment.
• No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Soft Play, this will avoid choking and mess (please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the hirer will incur a cleaning charge).
• Adults must not sit or lean on any of the soft play equipment or the ball pool/kerb walls.
• Children must not push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to cause injury or distress to others.
• No smoking, barbeques or naked flames near the soft play equipment.
• Always ensure the soft play is not overcrowded, and limit numbers to the age and size of the children using it.
• This equipment has an age limit of 4 Years and under, please ensure that no one over this age is using it. No adults are to use the equipment.
• Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the equipment, as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell.
• The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet, as the surfaces may become slippery.

It is your (the Hirer’s) responsibility that the equipment remains undamaged. Any damages that occur while on hire will incur a repair charge payable immediately unless agreed otherwise. No items to be removed from the delivery location (Unless due to bad weather). Only Mamma Bears & Co staff are authorised to remove/collect equipment.
